State of the Instance (May 2021)

Better late than never... even though there's not much this month.

Staff changes

Before I even started this instance in early 2019, I picked two of my close friends, Sir Soviet aka Sovy aka Snowvy aka @EnclaveUsagi (don't worry, he's not a communist) and Mister Kad aka @MisterKad, as mods. At the time, I was not sure what to expect after starting an open instance, so I asked these two if they wouldn't mind being moderators - and they said yes.

Well, as it shows after more than two years, there's not really much to do for a mod. The most that happened against us was a small wave of Indian spammers and that's something I can easily deal with. After a while it became evident that there's nothing for our staff members to do, so as of recently, they're no longer staff members. (I've asked them directly and they don't mind.)
